This smoothie is really filling and full of good nutrients to keep you going throughout the morning. The peanut butter will keep you full, the berries have all of the antioxidants to collect the free radicals floating around your body, the spinach is a good source of iron and Vitamin C and the oatmeal contributes fiber and B6, an essential nutrient.
Here's what you need:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of kefir
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
What to do:
- Add all of the ingredients to a mixer and blend. If you wanted, you could let the oatmeal soak in the almond milk for 10 minutes before blending.
